After a successful career in the leisure marine industry, as a yacht skipper and sailing instructor, Hans Zollinger-Ball moved to the UK over 10 years ago in search of a new carrier opportunity and to study Marine engineering.
During his studies he took on a part time job as a junior designer in an architectural design firm and ended up working there for the next 7 years.
Over the last few years Hans has been involved in over 500 design projects for domestic home extension, new builds, and commercial projects.
After watching the BBC TV series “The house that a 100k built” Hans decided that he could do more to help homeowners achieve their dreams of a home extension or on how to build their new dream home.
With this aim in mind he set up his own design and planning company in 2015.
