Promptness of response : From first making contact to receiving the report; all done in a very timely matter (just a couple of weeks). The emails I sent were responded to very quickly.
Quality of service : The survey was quick and at the time arranged. The surveyor was polite and amicable and was very clear as to what steps were involved during and after the visit.
Value for money : Very happy withbthe fee paid regarding thr service received.
Professionalism : Very professional. I highly recommend.
