Promptness of response :  The company uses gmail and a website hosted by another company which may make some clients uneasy about their size
Quality of service :  I attempted to use Wilsons Asbestos UK for a survey. Whilst the price seemed fair and process to the point of booking was efficient, the evening before the survey I (and my pension fund) was asked for payment on completion of the survey only. As this was not an attended survey, I was uncomfortable that I was being asked for payment without seeing sight of any report or before samples were tested. I felt compelled to cancel the survey fearing the worst as I've never paid up front for any building surveys, environmental, or architectural design work before. When I did I was told I'd be charged 50% of the invoice fee. After stating that this payment would not be authorised, they 'wished me luck' in finding another surveyor who would agree with my terms.
Value for money :  Was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive quote I received.
Professionalism :  See previous comments. I didn't rate their level of professionalism at all. They need a much more client-centric approach. They must realise that if they have no track record with a client, the client would expect to see some evidence of work carried out before settling an invoice.

Value for money :  A fair price was charged and there were no extra fees for attending very promptly and out of normal hours.
Professionalism :  Overall a very professional service was provided - highly recommended.
