Supplier Feedback: Having never needed to use a RIC's residential surveyor, I rang around several local surveying companies to provide me with a valuation in order to pay back my Help to Buy equity loan. I was looking for a company that was not only providing their services at a fair price but a company who was willing to talk me through a number of questions that I had. I chose Weyside Surveyors for a number of reasons. Two of which were: 1. Darren was more than willing to guide me through the process and even took the time to speak to me at length on 3 occasions prior to me agreeing to use his valuation service. 2. Weyside Surveyors came in at the cheapest price. In the past I have been a bit sceptical about using any service which is the cheapest, but Darren's professionalism and knowledge demonstrated to me that I was dealing with a company who were offering a good quality service at a very good price. Two other surveying companies offered to match Weyside Surveyors quote, however for me they were lacking the customer service that Darren had already demonstrated. I would recommend using Weyside Surveyors to anyone and will be using their services in the future.Website Feedback: Easy to use and informative
