Our company’s area of expertise lies within the detailed inspection of residential properties and the analysis of building defects. Predominantly the reports we produce are full ‘Level 3’ Building Surveys, with Homebuyer Reports, Condition Surveys and Partial Survey (inspection of specific defects) making up around 10% of the remaining instructions received. Please note that we are not a Valuation practice that carries out Building Surveys. I have been very impressed by Welsh Counties Surveys; they we instructed to complete a level 3 survey on a home I was very close to signing on the dotted line for. Their report was extremely comprehensive and informative and gave us the information we need to ultimately withdraw from the purchase of the property. We have dodged a bullet thanks to Welsh Counties and the excellent survey they conducted. I also found the follow up phone calls I made to be met in a warm and informative way and allowed me to discuss the report in more detail and ask questions. I found the company to be extremely reliable. The service we very quick, booked the survey on a Friday, it took place on the Monday and on the Wednesday we had our report. I can't recommend the service provided highly enough and we look forward to using Welsh Counties again very soon.
