Promptness of response : Required work to be completed quickly and despite being busy we were fitted in. visited home to inspect what was required with 24 hours of initial contact (at weekend).
Quality of service : Did exactly what was required.
Value for money : Carried out remedial action for an EICR carried out by another company. We had difficulty getting a quote out of the original company and therefore we looked elsewhere. When we eventually received a quote from the original company is was approximately 200% of the price we paid.
Professionalism : Professional and friendly. Explained everything that was required and how he would tackle it. Also a very quick and efficient worker.
