Quality of service : Nothing was too much trouble for him. I'd asked him to check some dimensions for me which would not be part of the survey. He did without question. His report was very in depth but still very easy to read and understand.
Value for money : The price for the level 3 survey was cheaper than some companies quoted for a level 2 report. Plus he lives in a village near to where the property I wanted the survey on is. So he has extensive knowledge of the area.
