Telos Architecture is a young and dynamic CIAT Chartered Practice offering architectural services across the South West.
We can provide architectural services from project conception through to completion (RIBA work stages 0-7) and handover, with experience working on projects ranging from small residential extensions right though to multi-dwelling developments, bespoke one-off houses, and education and community projects.

Promptness of response : For me, the overall best choice was Telos. He came and completed a no obligation site visit, one of only 2 of the recommendations that offered to do that.
Quality of service : James is doing a great job with the production of the planning drawings. First and subsequent drafts completed and amended without delay. Listens and acts upon my comments and observations while providing sensible and pragmatic advice
Value for money : Not the cheapest but many of the others were far more expensive. Without doubt the best value for money with a personal local service.
