Professionalism :  Yes the staff and surveyor are friendly and helpful in the process. The surveyor was helpful in the post report discussion and explained some of the comments in the report readily. He was also prepared to discuss any further queries at a later date which is necessary as you can't always think of everything on the onemeeting.

Promptness of response :  My initial enquiry and all subsequent contact was with a delightful person called Amy, working from home due to Covid-19 but she dealt with me promptly and professionally.
Quality of service :  Amy was knowledgable and helpful on the phone, gave good advice in a pleasant and friendly manner. The survey was delivered in a timely fashion in a format we were expecting.
Value for money :  The fee was much better than others we had obtained.
Professionalism :  I cannot praise Amy enough. As already stated she was thoroughly professional whilst maintaining a friendly and pleasant manner. The survey was booked some time in advance but when a cancellation became available within a week Amy kindly rang to keep me updated. She is a valuable asset to the company providing a welcoming first contact to Joe Fraser Surveyors. I do not live in the area but if there was any future opportunity I would have no hesitation in providing a recommendation.
