Promptness of response :  Both responded promptly and although Advantage Environmental & Consrtuctions were cheaper they were further away so because of Lockdown I chose William Stone because he was nearer. He came the next day. was friendly and polite and did not make any mess. He wore a mask and what I presume to be the correct protective clothing for dealing with asbestos. He was quite informative and sent a full Report via email and he came back to remove a corrugated roof from a shared brick outbuilding (with the consent of the neighbour) who asked him took at another building on his land. I would certainly recommend William Stone and was very pleased with his work.
Quality of service :  He sent me a full report via email, seemed to know what he was talking about, observed social distancing rules and his manner was friendly and pleasant. He took samples, which were done discreetly. I was pleased with the service he supplied.
Value for money :  When he came back to remove the asbestos roof he thought the outbuilding was the same size on my neighbour's land as on mine but it is more on my neighbour's garden than mine but he kept to the original estimate which was good of him.
