Quality of service :  Surveyors report was very thorough and I was also able to discuss some of the points raised with the surveyor on the telephone which was very helpful.

Quality of service :  He carried out a thorough survey and spent time talking to the local residents to find out additional relevant information, which was very helpful to us. A comprehensive verbal and written report was provided with access to the surveyor for further questions.
Professionalism :  The Office Manager was particularly helpful, giving us time and advice to aid us in our decision on whether to use the companies services.
