I found the website really easy to use and very useful and quick in providing a list of potential surveyors and I used Thorburn Property Consultants ltd. We were very impressed with the friendly helpful service received from Sarah before the survey took place. The survey was arranged quickly and easily with our Estate agents. The full 30 page report arrived via email within 24 hours of the site visit. An incredibly quick and efficient service. The hard copy arrived 2 days later in the post. The report was detailed and covered all areas that we had expected and more. My husband spoke to Mr Thorburn after the survey which he found helpful. A very efficient professionally run company that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others
