Promptness of response :  A survey was arranged very quickly. The final report was a little slow in arriving but this was due to the time the lab took to send back the results of the samples that had been taken.
Quality of service :  The surveyor was very knowledgeable. And he took a good number of samples for testing.
Value for money :  The price of the survey was fixed and independent of the number of samples that were taken and sent for analysis. I decided I preferred this approach so I knew exactly what the service would take. In the event given how many samples were needed I may have paid less with a firm who quoted a fixed basic cost plus so much for each sample taken. But this wasn't predictable.
