Website Feedback: Lee of Signature Surveyors carried out a Level 3 survey for us in July 2023. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough. He and his team were helpful, efficient and extremely professional After completing the survey, Lee phoned within 24 hours to discuss the salient points of the survey and offer advice. The full report was received within 5 working days and was thorough and extensive. It enabled us to feel confident in our house purchase and also aware of any works that may be necessary in the next few years. I would highly recommend Lee and Signature surveyors and would call on them again if I ever had the need.

Lee completed a survey for me. He was quick to respond to my queries/requests and I was really impressed that he was willing to work in the week between Christmas and New Year. Not only that, when there was an issue with the electrics being turned off at the property, Lee informed me quickly, arranged to go back and complete the survey once the issue was fixed and did so at no extra charge!
