Mr Jay contacted me within approx 20 mins of my inquiry and was able to survey the property I was interested the following working day. I found him to be very efficient and I was provided with a comprehensive and informative survey. I was very pleased with the service I received.

After meeting Ivan at the property initially to have a quick look round and show him any particular things we wanted bearing in mind, we then met him at the end for a brief summary and discussion and then we were presented with 2 very detailed reports with pictures (one for legal adviser, one for us) nearly 2 weeks later (however the long Easter weekend came up in the middle of that!). I Would not hesitate to recommend the services of Mr Jay. April 2011 ----------NEXT--------- Mr Jay did a survey for us on a house that we wanted to buy. Mr Jays report was extensive and thorough and throughout the proceedings Mr Jay was informative available for questions and very professional.
