The team comprise of Chartered Planners, architectural service, Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Builders, Estate Surveyors and Property Managers. We cover all of Greater and Outer London as well as South East and Kent. We provide quality, cost-effective architectural services to private and commercial clients, helping clients in residential flats, with house extensions, loft conversions with rear dormers, change of use of buildings and lands etc. We also do building refurbishments, interior design and fit out. Planning Permission. Mr A Raja, Ilford, July 2019.Promptness of response : This surveyor took the job of awarding a party wall notice at the end of June. I am in august and no progress has been made. The surveyor from the other party wall keeps writing to me asking if i get my surveyor to contact him. I am frustrated and embarrassed by the lack of professionalism and progress
Quality of service : No progress in months the surveyor apparantly just went on holiday weeks ago without informing his client or the other surveyor.
Value for money : Job still not complete and told me he was a qualified Architect and could complete plans but now saying he can no longer do this.
Professionalism : Went on holiday without contacting anyone does not keep me the client updated. Totally and utterly disgusted. Party Wall, Ilford, Essex, S. Thomas - August 2017 ​Response from Ravi Rehal:
The lady was contacted several times however it was later noted her phone number had changed and we didn't have her new number before going on holiday.
