Promptness of response :  Surveys take time to arrange, this was done speedily but then rather let down by rather a slow report-production process. Inspection took place 23/3/2018, report received by mail 5/4/2018 (though a copy was e-mailed almost instantly when requested 4/4/2018) Admittedly Easter will have slowed the postal process somewhat.
Quality of service :  Could do to have been a bit quicker, but Easter cannot have helped.
Value for money :  Fees as agreed.
Professionalism :  A trifle slow, but thorough-seeming.

Quality of service :  The surveyor provided a comprehensive report which we have no reason to believe was anything but accurate. Unfortunately the surveyors view on what the property was worth did not conform with what the vendor expected by some margin so the purchase fell through.
Value for money : 
Professionalism :  When originally approached regarding the type of survey required the surveyor was quick to state that a full structural survey was not required and would be a waste of our money. Also after receiving the report the surveyor was happy to answer telephone questions and offer further advice.
