I would just like to take a moment to tell you about my recent experience dealing with Matt Owens. I found Matthews company through Local Surveyors Direct, he contacted me after I entered my details onto your website. When I spoke to Matthew I was rather confused after having some very disappointing experiences and much mis information whilst attempting to organise an EPC for a property I am selling. It was quite late I the afternoon when I spoke to Matthew but that didn`t deter him from spending over 30 mins explaining the service he provides and answering all my questions (of which there were many).
