Promptness of response :  After having our offer accepted, I phoned Paul to request a Building Survey. Despite having a busy schedule, Paul pencilled us into his diary and completed the property survey within 2 weeks of initial contact.
Quality of service :  Paul emailed the full Survey to us. He also spend time on the phone explaining things we were unsure of. When other queries popped up Paul always got back to us promptly.
Value for money :  We always try our best to support local businesses. Paul provided excellent value for money with a personal touch. I'm more than happy to recommend his services to family and friends.
