I chose D P Assessments. Danny phoned to make an appointment. He arrived on the stated day and time and carried out his inspection without disruption. Stated he would email a copy of his survey, which he did. What more could one ask for, all done for a reasonable fee. Would recommend, I only wish everyone would conduct their business in this manner.

What a great service from Danny of D P Assessments. He was as helpful as could be when it came to scheduling the appointment - did the assessment professionally and then provided my with the required EPC certificate by the end of the day. From some initial research, it would seem that there are some EPC sharks out there - but Danny is very definitely a trustworthy, reliable antidote.

Then did a review check (I am a little cautious) which highlighted some serious issues so I forgot those. Another late night websearch turned up localsurveyorsdirect.co.uk. I decided to contact DP Assessments who were based some 30 miles away. The website automatically flagged up my query to a gentleman called Danny who first spoke with me at 9:30am, We agreed Inspection prices and site visits were arranged for the same day. Both property assessments completed and EP Certificates issued all within 12 hours of the first phone call. I have been a professional landlord for 15 years now. In my first time dealings with DP Assessments they have definitely impressed me. Danny runs a thoroughly professional company that I am very happy to recommend and will certainly use again myself in the future.
