An engineer turned up within two hours of me calling. Extremely professional and courteous and most of all resolved the issue! Would definitely recommend.

I had blocked kitchen sink which proved to be more troublesome than expected. Unfortunately the previous people who owned our house had built a conservatory and in so doing had made it very difficult to get to the pipes and drains needed. Perseverance won out and I can now use my sink as much as I would like. I am very pleased with the service I have received.

The LSD website was surprisingly straight forward. Very easy to use and put me in straight in touch with well qualified local firm whose service was excellent. I made the enquiry late at night, not expecting to hear anything but anticipating I would need to call the suggested firm for a more specific estimate in the next day or so. I contacted a major national firm at about 09:00 next day for their quote. I'm still waiting for that other firms quote. Where as Cherelle from Pro Flow contacted me direct at 10:00 next day to clarify their quote and offer service. Cherelle clearly new her stuff, offered excellent well mannered service and saved me £110 vs a previous quote. Booked them that day and Paul and Elliot came to do survey next main working day. Turned up when they said they would, polite, professional, knowledgable, no-nonsense with helpful advice as to other things to consider as alternative causes of the problem under investigation.
