Quality of service : Excellent service, great communication throughout and a brilliant report. Easily understood and to the point. Enough detail of issues but not excessive in length and unnecessary detail.

Professionalism : Karl was superb throughout, very prompt professional and rang to talk through issues before and after issuing report to yo ensure understanding and discuss seriousness. Really appreciated having the conversation as it gives life to what is written in report.
