They were at the top of the quotes but I found John very easy ot converse with. I wanted a local surveyor to look at a property I'm buying, so I did a quick search on Local Surveyors Direct and took a chance on Paul and John. I went for the full buildings survey (Level 3). Honestly, this report was cheap for what I got and especially for the size of the house. The report is detailed and thorough, full of pictures and way better than the one I got on my current house (which was through the mortgage company). The follow-up phone call helped me prioritise what would need doing first and what my solicitor would need to check up on. I'm normally pretty suspicious of reviews that are this positive, I don't post many review on things as I can be rather critical but this is well deserved...
