Peter Cole visited to inspect the problem, and explained his opinion to me orally on the spot, with ample scope for discussion and understanding. He emailed a short, clear report within a few days, recommended a competent local builder with experience in the type of work required, and copied him the report. His recommended builder's charges were lower than a quote from another firm I copied the report to, and he carried out the works as specified. Overall I was entirely satisfied with PCC Consultants.
