I used Tony O'Connor of O’Connor Sokolowski Partnership. He was very helpful and discussed over the telephone the possible way forward in resolving a problem with a conservatory and a dispute between two builders and conservatory supplier. Then he did a site visit and prepared a very good balanced report offered further advice and assistance.

Website worked well – had a couple of choices but contacted both and was able to discuss requirements in more detail. One of estimates given on the site was confirmed although it seemed there were likely to be significant additional costs whilst the other was lower than the estimated cost. I chose O'Connor Sokolowski Partnership. Surveyor came out at the time arranged (within a few days of our telephone conversation) and has been very helpful. In all I was impressed with the service, particularly since the type of work/contractors I was looking for was outside of my experience – I would definitely use the site again and recommend it to others.
