Professional snagging inspections for new build homes.

Although there is no official accreditation for defect/snagging inspections, unlike most of our competition who are made up from ex property sales, tradesmen, customer care advisers and construction graduates who have had no real experience on site, our inspectors have held the position of site manager for at least 5 years, with many more years being served on the tools before progressing up to site management.

We know new build houses inside out and know all the tricks of the trade. Our inspectors have at least a degree or NVQ L6 in construction and hold the Black managers CSCS card. We are more than happy to prove this, can our competition do the same? Be cautious of any who can't!

Our inspectors are fully up to date with the latest building control and warranty provider regulations like the NHBC.
