Hello,
My name is Emma Cox. I have been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1991 and am also a Registered Valuer. I have worked for commercial companies in the leisure and retail sectors carrying out project management and building surveying duties. In 2006 I moved in to the residential field where I have been undertaking condition reports (HSL1), homebuyer reports (HSL2), building surveys (HSL3) and residential valuations. I live in Mid Sussex and have worked throughout the Sussex area.
