Adam was excellent. I had real trouble finding a surveyor at short notice for a Schedule of Condition with most not replying at all or providing very long times until they could do. From first contact on Monday I had the full work done on Wednesday including with the requirement of height access hire and the report back on Thursday just in time for the legals to continue. Very detailed and helpful throughout. Thoroughly recommend and will use again on our next project.
