Our current plan is focused on properties within the south of Birmingham, which are ideally located to serve Birmingham city centre, Birmingham university, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the Longbridge regeneration zone. This is one of the largest developments within the West Midlands with anticipated investment in the region of £1 billion.

In conjunction to our south city plan we are expanding our area to include the east of Birmingham and Solihull in line with the arrival of HS2, cementing Birmingham as the UK's second city with direct links to the capital in 49 minutes.
