Promptness of response :  I contacted Martin Goode to carry out a RICS Home Buyers Survey on a property in Keswick, Cumbria at short notice and he was able to fit my survey in the next morning which was excellent news as the property was due to be rented out and therefore unavailable from the next week-end.
