Professionalism :  Their report was e-mailed to me on the nineth working day, after the inspection, following my question on the seventh day after the inspection, on when it would be received. They apologised for the delay. The report was as I expected, and to be fair, they did ring me on the day of the inspection to advise as to what they had found, which I thought was very helpful to me and professional of them, as they saved me a lot of money had I continued with the purchase without their advice and knowledge. Quality of service :  Following the survey Mr Gregory rang me and went through the key elements of his findings. He drew particular attention to the fact that as the property had undergone substantial conversion and internal reconfiguration and it was essential we secured information that these works had been carried out to proper standards and that appropriate completion certificates were available. The full report covered these points in some detail together with others that will inform our decision.
Value for money :  I discussed our requirements with Mr Gregory and he was happy to take these on board and report as necessary. He pointed out that he wasn't the cheapest surveyor available but we were more than happy to use him and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Quality of service :  I needed a survey carried out quickly and the report generating quickly. Originally Keith advised they could carry out a survey within 1 week of instruction, but in fact managed to book it with the estate agent/vendor within just a couple of days. Keith also advised the report would take 5 working days to prepare, but he managed to supply it to me after just 2 working days. Very happy that he expedited the service for me.
Value for money :  I was quoted £423 for a homebuyer survey, but Keith offered to upgrade to a building survey at no extra cost. I felt that this represented superb value for money. The report was very detailed and set my mind at rest over some issues as well as indicating areas I would need to follow up with the solicitor.
