Promptness of response :  I was a bit too early to get an architect involved, but after I had bought my property, Mr Brocklesby was available as soon as needed.
Quality of service :  He does seem to get the idea of what I needed done, an extension to the side and rear, including at wet room, disabled entrance, and a bedroom and kitchen that I can use in a wheelchair. I am now waiting to see the first drawings.
Professionalism :  Yes, he appears to be a very nice person, listening to my ideas, it's not always an easy job trying to get ideas across what's needed to cope with wheelchair.
