Quality of service :  Good quality of service after scope of work and payment term agreed. Met at site and gave valuable advise the best way to approach the structural investigation and work involved.
Value for money :  Not the cheapest but cost saving in the long term on the advice given by company structural engineer.
Professionalism :  Professional and friendly in dealing with us. Only criticism is the practice of giving a 2 hour window for arriving for a site meeting, resulting with the client having to waiting for over a hour for structural engineer to arrive at site.

Quality of service :  The calculation and technical drawing were very detailed and tidy. Building Control officer approved all.
Value for money :  They charged a little bit more than other companies, however, you can have meeting with them in their place and discuss about your project. Not like many others out there run a business by a mobile and laptop. I've had vey bad experienced with other structural engineer company here, all they have is a website and visual address. You can't find them if something goes wrong.
Professionalism :  They are very friendly, professional and reliable. Met all of my expectation and approval. Highly Recommended!!!!!
