Lakelander Surveying Ltd was formed in September 2021 by Chris Melling-Sawicki MRICS, a local Chartered Building Surveyor. Having grown up in South Cumbria, Chris has an excellent understanding of the property types in the area, and general Cumbrian and North Lancashire property market.

Focusing predominantly on residential home surveys and commercial condition surveys, Lakelander Surveying Ltd is a RICS registered company providing a quality service and a friendly approach to business. We are also able to provide architectural drawing services for building regulation and planning applications.

Lakelander Surveying Ltd is based in South Cumbria. We serve the whole of Cumbria, North Lancashire, and a little further afield if required.
