The website was satisfactory to use. I booked an appointment with Kinnetic Energy Assessments. The work has been carried out and i was happy with the job Lucy I was very happy with the service from the website. Two potential EPC surveyors at competitive prices compared with the estate agents own surveyor. I placed an order with Martin Kinnane at Kinnetic Energy Assessments. I was happy with the survey he performed, except for one detail which he assumed, even though I was with him at the house during the survey. Generally very happy 8/10

Promptness of response : Kinnetic was really on the ball and contacted me within an hour of my posting.
Quality of service : A great service! Martin was able to suit my timings as I work shifts and he conducted the survey the very next day.
Value for money : Definitely good VFM
Professionalism : Martin was excellent. I had only one alteration needed to my EPC and he corrected it immediately and sent over the attachment.
