Promptness of response :  This supplier was open to my enquiry and arranged to meet with me within one week. His initial visit was free and he appeared to understand my requirements.
Quality of service :  This supplier appears to understand my project. Early days, but I have agreed to use his services, particularly as the option to engage his service in defined steps has been explained and offered. I know I can change supplier if I feel the need to, but am obviously hoping that this will not be necessary.
Value for money :  Early stages of engagement, so unable to comment on the full service. Initial visit was free, proposed charges seem reasonable so far.
Professionalism :  So far, so good.

Promptness of response :  After an initial phone call the survey happened a week later. The interim report was received that night and the full report was received 7 or 8 days later. I did chase it once but he emailed back to say he was working on it and it arrived within 48 hours.
Quality of service :  The full report was comprehensive and ran to 50 pages (including the photos). It was pretty much as I expected although he had picked up some cemented hang tiles which I had not seen.
Value for money :  My wife & I felt the report was extremely good value.
Professionalism :  No complaints at all.

Promptness of response :  Steve Willimont responded very quickly to our needs, offered a selection of site visit dates and visited our property within days which was fantastic.
Quality of service :  Steve provided quick, honest, sensible advice and service. He was polite and well spoken - dealing with all the parties involved efficiently and effectively and all with good humour.
Value for money :  Steve provided an honest quote and told us when I was asking him to do things that were not actually required so we did not waste money - a very rare quality and very much appreciated.
Professionalism :  I cannot recommend Steve highly enough, he stood out from the crowd for his honesty, clarity and sensible decisions. He was professional, polite, kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were very luck to find him through Local Surveyors Direct.
