Buying a home will probably be the biggest single purchase and financial commitment that you will take, and can be stressful and might not always go as smoothly as you would have planned for.

The aim of a Survey is to make the home purchase process speedier and easier for the home buyer. The report tells the buyer about any aspects of the property that need urgent attention or which presents serious faults, as well as any longer term repairs that you might have to budget for. All my surveys are in plain English, jargon free and any issues are highlighted with supporting photographs
