Quality of service :  JPT Design Consultants visited my home to discuss the proposed works and we decided to go ahead using them. At present we are waiting for the first draft of a design to arrive.
Value for money :  Not possible to comment on this at present as we are awaiting a design.
Professionalism :  Very professional in all our dealings to date but we are only in the initial stage of design.
