We are independent residential building surveyors and party wall surveyors covering the whole of Kent. JDM Surveyors are regulated by the RICS and the RPSA and are voluntary members of The Property Ombudsman. We cover all of Kent.
James Metcalf AssocRICS MFPWS is a qualified Residential Building Surveyor and Party Wall Surveyor based in Faversham, Kent and is an Associate member of the RICS and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, he is also the principal of the company.
