Ian Wieck Surveying Ltd is an independent Chartered Building Surveyor practice offering a range of consultancy services to both private and corporate clients.
Ian Wieck Surveying Ltd has extensive experience in project management/contract administration of construction projects, and has been involved in of a wide range of projects ranging from a few thousand pounds in value to in excess of £2m.
Ian Wieck Surveying Ltd is both registered with and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). All instructions are undertaken in accordance with the Rules of Conduct expected by RICS, which define professional, ethical and business standards for Members and Firms.
Ian Wieck is also a Member of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and has extensive knowledge of the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Ian Wieck is an incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety and is able to advise you on the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 and how these May affect your project.
We are able to provide a wide range of architectural and professional building surveying services to a broad spectrum of clients throughout the South East of England and for larger projects further afield.
The Practice is also registered under the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSiP) initiative via SMAS as a Designer and Principal Designer.
