Quality of service :  The report was comprehensive. However, despite being told I would have the report within 5 days of the survey, it took 10 days to arrive and I had to make two calls to chase it up.
Value for money :  A couple of others quotes gave a similar price, so that must be the going rate for this type of survey.
Professionalism :  Did not deliver the report in the 5 day timeframe. Had to chase up twice by phone and eventually got it after 10 days.

Professionalism :  When I called to chase report, I was told that they had not received any of my emails (I had replied to their emails) and was promised the report in 2 days (making a total of 13 days from survey). It did not arrive for 3 days (i.e. a full 2 weeks), fortunately it has not proved to be the limiting step in the house purchase.
