How Are You Ltd is a family-owned business started by Trevor Wilson in 2010. Trevor had previously been self-employed as an electrician and before that a combustion engineer at Jaguar Land Rover. He is married to Wendy and they live together in Kenilworth with their three sons. Trevor enjoys solving problems, his main role in the company. Recently he has been able to pass some of that on to his kids as they have shown more interest in computers and other technology. As a family they enjoy time away in their caravan.
Phil Biggs joined How Are You in January 2013. Phil has spent his working career in client-facing roles. Before joining the firm he ran a small solar energy business overseas. He is married to Claire and they have two daughters. As a family they live in South Birmingham. Apart from all of them their home is made busier by their English Setter, Fleck.
Other members of the How Are You team include Steve Smith who is responsible for site management; Andy Swift, another electrician who has been in the trade for 30 years; James Furmage is an apprentice electrician who is due to qualify in 2015.
