Quality of service :  Paul was absolutely fantastic! He gave a thorough report for two properties, one of which allowed me to walk away from a purchase due to too many issues. The reports were full of detail and pictures so that anyone can understand the state of the property to allow them to make the best decision. If I needed to clarify something I could give Paul a ring and due to the nearby location he even met up with me at a property to go through the report which really helped. From a first time buyer I can fully recommend Paul's services.
