Value for money : I'm unsure if it was good value for money as I do not think the valuation was accurate.the property was valued for insurance purposes. He valued the property very low at £180,000 with a rev Build value of £334,000. It seems to me that there is a vast difference, almost double. I do think that the rev Build valuation was more accurate though.

Value for money : Whilst you would think that 'you get what you pay for', in our experience this hasn't always been the case. With HDG, however, we got great service at a cost far cheaper than some of the larger 'names' - really pleased throughout.
Professionalism : Whether on the phone, e-mail or in person, I was very impressed by HDG over the entire process.

Quality of service : The draft Home Report had omissions and errors and the final report was not received until seven days after the survey.
