Quality of service :  Carried out survey and supplied the report promptly. However I asked if he could carry out the remedial work and did not appear keen. I asked for an estimate and gave me a over the phone quote of exactly £1000. When asked if he could supply a written quote he asked for request by e mail. Never heard any more.
Value for money :  Value for money to get safety check and report.
