Promptness of response :  Nick replied promptly to my enquiry asking what I required and with a clear pricing structure. He also let me know when he could do the work.
Quality of service :  Nick turned up on the date and time stated and then worked quickly and thoroughly until he had installed and checked my new consumer unit. I found Nick to be a professional and competent tradesman who I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
