Established in Cheshire in 2019 by Trevor Cousins following 20 years of working for large private practices, including The Fairhursts Design Group & Mellor Architects.

Trevor has become a well connected figure in the north west construction and development sector, and been involved as Project Architect for a range of high profile developments including; The TV Studios at MediaCityUK, No.1 Spinningfields Office for RBS,and master planning and development work for MUFC at their Carrington training complex, as well as maintaining a hand in domestic work for friends and family throughout this time.

Forty8 Design therefore has significant experience in the design and delivery of architectural projects across a variety of sectors, both large and small, including residential, commercial, sport, leisure, education and master planning.

As a new company we are currently developing our commercial & residential work from domestic house extensions, and new build projects through to social housing.
