Very quick to come out and assess my property. My only issue is with the EPCs themselves, which just seem completely subjective and inaccurate due to assessor quite understandably not having access to anything to confirm the make up of my home. For example, I have thoroughly insulated my roof, but that could not be reflected in the EPC. The EPC also refers to wall insulation; but I have massively thick stone walls with no cavity to insulate. But this is purely a problem with the EPCs themselves, Faisal provided very good customer service.
