Promptness of response :  We required a structural 'opinion' rather than full survey on a property that was due to go to auction 10 days from initial contact. Andrew atteded site within 48 houors - in his own time and early evening.
Quality of service :  He did what we agreed he would do when he said he would do it.
Value for money :  I was very happy with his fee given how much he had put himself out to help us.
Professionalism :  I felt he was honest in his opinion of the structural issues with the building. It helped greatly in our decision to proceed or not.
