EXCEL-EPC offer the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Legionella Risk Reports (LRA's) to Private landlords, Letting Agents, Solar Industry, Solicitors, Conveyancing Firms and Estate Agents.
We have been offering EPCs since the beginning of the EU Directive in 2008 and have considerable experience in producing professional and accurate reports.
Other services offered include Photography, Floor plans and Solar surveys.
Floor plans can make a great marketing tool and save on wasted unnecessary viewings. Considerable savings can be made if drawn at the same time as the EPC survey is carried out.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Commercial Energy Performance Certificates, Photography, Floor plans and Solar surveys. Colour Floor plans and Property photography can be carried out during the same visit. Please add an extra £12 (per service) to the EPC Fee, if required.
